Sharp Apartments is owned and operated by Jamie Sharp, a South Central Pennsylvania local with a genuine passion for providing quality rental housing. With five years of hands-on experience managing and improving properties in Waynesboro, Jamie built Sharp Apartments on a simple idea: tenants deserve a comfortable, well-maintained home — and they deserve a landlord who actually picks up the phone.

Jamie personally oversees every unit, handles maintenance requests promptly, and takes the time to get to know each tenant.
